For the first time in Hong Kong and East Asia, organized by raw & rich

Feminine embodiment. Timeless wisdom. Transparent leadership.

In the Women’s Temple we dive deeply into practices that open us to the inherent source of vast wisdom within. We connect with the bliss of devotion and with the truth in our hearts. We align with the dignity and grace of the feminine warrior, and we touch infinite compassion, silence and beauty beyond measure.

That which we are longing for is who we already are ~ this insight is the basis for our spiritual exploration in the Women’s Temple Group. Thus our practice is not towards a goal of attainment in the future; it is a process of melting, of unraveling the wisdom and beauty already inherent in each woman. There is no more powerful place to do that than in a circle of conscious women.

Instead of enforcing the status quo by focusing on our problems and personal shortcomings, the Women’s Temple group practices connect us with truth beyond our fears and limited self images.

The Women’s Temple is not a therapy or a support group. It is a space where we come to mirror, celebrate and empower each other. A space where we can drop our masks and let the beauty of our authentic face be seen in all its glory and pain, passion and vulnerability.

This is a highly experiential path: a lot of the practices are interactive and include movement and also respectful touch. The feminine touch has an inviting quality to it that softens, opens, and invites deeper presence into our bodies. All the numb and cold places, the unmet corners of our body can be visited with gentle awareness as we cultivate a greater capacity to allow feelings as energy to flow through our bodies.

To be certain that this is the right training for you, please make sure that you have some experience with the Awakening Women practices before you attend.

raw & rich runs a regular Women's Temple based on the Awakening Women's teaching in Hong Kong. Just head over to my page here where you can find out more.

In this training, you will learn all the how-to’s of facilitating an ongoing Women’s Temple group. You will gain insights into the background theory of women’s group dynamics as well as have the opportunity to practice feminine leadership and to receive constructive feedback.

You will have an in-depth experience of the groundbreaking Awakening Women approach and of the benefits of being part of a Women’s Temple group.

Topics we will cover include:

  • How to set and communicate the right intention for the group
  • How to create a safe and deep framework for the group
  • The difference between a Temple group and ordinary “support groups”
  • How to honor the flow of the group as well as keeping the focus and depth
  • The being/doing dynamic of feminine leadership
  • Pitfalls of women’s groups
  • In depth study and background theory of the Temple group practices
  • and much, much more…

The learning process is a carefully balanced mix of theory and experiential transformation. Many of the practices are dynamic and interactive (e.g dance, dyads, respectful touch), but we will also spend time in silence and inner contemplation.

You will leave the training with a plan for creating your own group, or if you already are part of one, you will bring back ideas of how you can deepen your practice together. It is even wonderful to come as a group, as the training will give you a common ground of understanding for what you will create together.

Even if you are not sure if you want to lead a group, this will be a valuable experience of the Awakening Women approach and of the awakening and transformation that happens in the Shakti circle.

This training is for women:

  • Who feel called to embody the feminine and share this exploration in a group of conscious women.

Meet the teachers

SimoneRita Egger, AWI Temple Training Teacher

SimoneRita is a single mother of two teenagers and lives in Zurich. Her path has led her to various wisdom teachers, from toltec shamanism up to tantric Buddhism. Her feminine spiritual practice consists of meditation, dance, movement, chanting, being a business woman and a mother. For many years she has been holding women’s temple groups and workshops for women.

„As a Yogini I practice feminine embodied spirituality. I passionately engage in an intimate relationship with every experience and every moment, always in search of unconditional truth in this often times challenging life in a woman’s body.“

Since 2013, SimoneRita has been studying at the Awakening Women Institute.

„I am forever grateful to Chameli, my beloved teacher, for her infinite, compassionate wisdom of the divine feminine and for the beauty of her soul which inspires me and guides me home.“ / Facebook:

Dragana Matic, Devi Chanting

Dragana lives close to Zurich as a singer and Voice Trainer IST and has a background in shamanic wisdom. The path of the feminine spiritual embodiment practices has made it very clear to her that the body is a powerful temple. Through the women’s circle she experiences healing and connection on very subtle levels, true sisterhood and a deeply felt joy and gratitude to be a woman, enjoying the qualities of feminine essence thoroughly.

Chanting has become her medicine, also thanks to Chameli’s guidance – she has learned to ride the waves while singing, which at the same time connects her fully with her body and with the divine. She loves to share this deliciousness with others.

Since 2011, Dragana has been studying at the Awakening Women Institute.

Testimonials from Facilitator Training Graduates

Marie Harder  ~  Hamburg, Germany, Trainer und Coach

To me, the time with SimoneRita and Dragana was a deep dive into the potential of connected womanhood. The two of them embody leadership in deep devotion, in trust and ease, without pressure or strain. It was wonderful to experience over the course of the week, how one woman after another went through insecurities or issues and stepped into her power as leader of the circle. And it was apparent how each woman showed up with her special gifts and strengths, her very own voice and her very own medicine. I have experienced on a somatic level – not just as something understood with the mind – that we as women can be the most powerful when we are not making an effort and step from doing into being. And don’t even try to be in a certain way, but really letting go into being ourselves. Having the circle of women reflect to me, who I am, what I have to give and on deeply on a cellular level knowing that I belong is the greatest empowerment I can imagine. -

Aslihan Serdaroglu ~  Exeter, England

My experience there had been very rich, deep and allowed me to embody what truly a women`s temple is all about. The venue was so beautiful with lovely and welcoming people and delightful food. The teachings were delivered with such focus and clarity, and supported so well with the practices. It almost didn’t feel like learning but living the wisdom. I liked the way we were supported with our own temple practice as Temple Mamas. To be given that opportunity to practice within endless support, acceptance and love truly encouraged me to be myself, to listen to my instincts and to set up my temple in the town I live. I truly feel a whole circle of wonderful women in my backspace where ever I am and whatever I do. This feels very special and thank you for creating such a safe and open space for us all to be part of this Sisterhood.

Francisca Guimaraes  ~ Portugal, Health Blogger, Nurse, Naturopath

I would like to start by sharing that it is difficult for me to put into words what I’ve experienced at the The Awakening Women’s Temple group. And I believe the reason why is because it happened in another realm and speaks the language of the heart.

I can say that it changed me in ways I was not expecting. It connected me with something bigger, with something deeper inside myself and awoke me for a different way of living – more aware, loving, compassionate and in touch with my true essence.

Simone Rita and Dragana are two amazing women who truly embody the divine feminine. They’ve lead the retreat with an incredible enthusiasm, strength, beauty, love, compassion and integrity. They totally „walk their talk“ and are both inspiring and beautiful. I definitely feel compelled to start a Temple group and create the space for women to gather and celebrate the blessing of being a woman. Deeply grateful for this retreat.

Alexandra Cordonni ~ Wevelgem, Belgium

I feel blessed that I was in the Women’s Tempel Training in Barcelona. What I loved:

  • the way the training was build up: the variation of theory, practices, dance, meditation, leading a temple yourself, …
  • the way we were guided with trust and empowerment
  • the non-judgement way we could be in the circle and practice with leading a Women’s temple
  • the atmosphere in the group of sisters, the team, the participants, the cooking team …
  • the way we were gently guided into a deep experience, connecting with the Divine Feminine, in balance with the Divine Masculine
  • the balance between flowing and structure and how we can apply these both qualities in our own Temple Leading
  • the way questions were answered …. answering without falling into discussions or chitchatting, answers that reach deeper than the mind
  • the practices
  • follow-up after the training (documents sending, playlist with music, guidelines, fb-page, Temple mamas, ….)

Miriam Kalliwoda ~ Berlin, Gemany, Germany Police Detective and Life Coach

I enjoyed the training so much. I discovered that no matter what language you speak, if you are present and speak with an open heart, everyone can feel the words…the meaning…the practice. The tools I have learned are not only helpful for leading a temple, they are also amazing support (pillars) for diving deeper into yourself and of becoming more aware of who you truly are. This lovely, gorgeous training helped me to share more of my gifts with the world. Each practice feels like a deep breath. You become more centered and aware. It is like a drop of water expanding when touching and diving into the surface.

Candra Karlholm ~ Sweden, Graphic Designer, Event Organizer & Workshop Leader

These days were absolutely beautiful. The Temple space we created was deeply nourishing and supportive, and I received so much inspiration for my own leadership practice in my Temple group. The most valuable gift was how this retreat helped me reconnect with my deeper purpose and supported me to surrender to that greater cause.
