WELCOME TO raw & rich

Hi there! I’m Corinne Konrad Calder and I’m a certified Soul-based Life Coach, Feminine Embodiment Teacher, Menstrual Cycle Educator and Birth Doula based in Hong Kong.

I offer my services through different channels such as Online One-on-One Coaching Sessions, the local women’s group called ‘Women’s Temple HK’ and various women’s workshops and training.

My work is all about guiding, supporting and teaching women how to connect with themselves (body-mind-soul knowing), the feminine and female body, and other women so they once again recognize, value and trust the wisdom and power they hold within themselves.

Or read about part of my story below

Born and raised in Switzerland, I was fortunate enough to travel the world from a young age and I’ve lived in many corners of the globe including Bologna, London, Rio de Janeiro, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Along with different homes, I’ve also had many different professions from a travel agent, hotel receptionist, tour manager, event manager and even an artist liaison. All of this was interesting and in its own way inspiring. However, I always knew in my heart that none of it was my true calling.

And then I became sick.

In 2006 I was living in London and immersed in a high-paced life. I was working too much, travelling constantly, not making time for myself and not having the right resources to refill my batteries. As a result, I completely burned out.

Facing this at the age of  27 was quite challenging and I was shocked when I realized the state of depletion I had got myself in. I was unable to work or socialize and some days I was hardly able to get out of bed.

I constantly questioned myself -  What happened? How did I get here?

I learned that when you’re in the midst of a crisis, what we need most is to allow ourselves to be present, grieve, to sit with all the feelings and emotions and to let go of things we’ve outgrown.

Eventually we rise again, often with shaking legs, yet with new clarity, trust and insight gained.

During my burnout I was asked to stop, take a long look at my life and accept that I had lost connection with part of myself.

I was called to start living with a gentler approach and find out where that would lead me.

For me this meant many things, but foremost looking inwards instead of outward, tune into my body-mind-soul knowing, trusting that even at a slower pace I would eventually find out what my heart was yearning for.

What my Burnout taught me

Since my burnout I’ve experimented with a number of different spiritual teachings and healing techniques. I’ve looked for what would support me in living a more balanced life where I rest and play as much as I create and do.

However, it wasn't until my studies with Sara Avant Stover in early 2013, author of ‘The Way of the Happy Woman’ and ‘The Book of SHE,’ that things started to change for me in earnest. Sara led me down roads that I never walked before, but felt like the roads home to my true self. Sara introduced me to a whole new set of ideas and teachings on how to live a life from a more woman-centered perspective.

For the first time in my life I started to think and take notice of the physical changes women journey through in their life. Pregnancy, Childbirth, Menstruation and Menopause were never things I previously paid much attention to, especially not in regards to the body, mind and soul connection.

Since my meeting with Sara I've studied with several women's wisdom teachers and my understanding of what it means to be a woman has changed.

I have changed and I continue to change.

If someone would ask me today what I would call the journey I’ve been on over the last 2 decades, it would be one from pursuing my calling, to letting it find me instead.

A path that led me from struggling and striving at work, to discovering peace and purpose through an intimate relationship with myself, the feminine and womanhood.

So that today, I'm living a more wholesome and rich life, in which the feminine and masculine within me are more in balance.

This journey has made me softer and in that so much stronger, and it is my greatest joy to support you in your own quest for a life you love in alignment with your values and true nature.

From my journey to yours,

Corinne, x
